All Duals are fully restored and include our new walnut lumber wood base with our new smoked acrylic dust cover, a new Ortofon cartridge and freight to the lower 48, USA.
Base and Cover Pricing;
Walnut lumber wood base: $175.00
Smoked acrylic dust dover: $125.00
Basic Service Pricing
The cost for basic service is $230.00, plus freight. All service parts are in stock to complete the basic service repairs. Should we encounter additional problems that our stated service procedures won’t fix (say a broken lever), we will quote that cost to you and wait for your authorization before we begin.
A note to my international customers:
Due to current conditions, shipping to the USA from abroad is currently very expensive. These costs are added to the cost of the shipment after it has been tendered and must be paid before the package will be delivered. The way US customs looks at any shipment is this: If the item was not made, or never has never been in the US, they are charging a duty. This applies to items being shipped to us for service and then returned to where it was originally sent from. This can be very expensive. A recent incoming Dual was charged $230.00 US$ in duties and brokerage fees, on top of the standard shipping charges. There very well may be additional charges when the item is being returned to its owner. Please be aware of these high costs when considering sending a Dual to us for service.
